As a born and bred Kansas native hailing from Wichita, Kansas, Dr. Knierim acquired the foundation for his vast dental knowledge in the Midwest. After graduating from the University of Kansas with a double major in Psychology and Human Resources and working at a small progressive mental health unit in the Kansas City Area, his passion for people coupled by his immense interest in the health industry led him to pursue a degree as a dentist.

        Dr. Knierim attended the University of Kansas City, Missouri (UMKC) and upon graduating has continued to work diligently in order to provide patients with the top quality of care for the past 25 years. Since acquiring his degree, Dr. Knierim has been at the forefront of dental technology and innovation by continuing to stay up to date with the latest advancements in dental technology whether it’s in cosmetic/ aesthetic dentistry, crowns and bridges, Endodontics (root canals), or Removable Prosthedontics (partials and dentures).

        In his free time, Dr. Knierim is an avid music enthusiast having played piano since the young age of 7 and studying part time at the conservatory school of music at UMKC after obtaining his dental degree. In addition to this, he has is extremely fond of the furriest member of his family, his Chocolate Lab, Roxy.
